Stutz Discusses Antitrust and Workers at the Department of Justice

Randy Stutz was among a panel of experts invited to speak at the Department of Justice for a September 23 workshop discussing the application of antitrust law in labor markets.  Stutz’s remarks focused on the analytical challenges associated with no-poach agreements in the franchise setting.  AAI’s legal analysis of franchise no-poach agreements was recently cited by a federal court in Illinois.
