The American Antitrust Institute is accredited to offer CLE credit hours by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board. Visit our Events page to find upcoming AAI events that offer CLE credits.
Attendees of past events were provided a Uniform Certificate of Attendance. Please submit the certificate to your state’s CLE Board; do not return the form to AAI. Please be aware that we are unable to process requests for CLE credit that are submitted after the AAI deadline. Contact aai@antitrustinstitute.org with any questions.
Pennsylvania Attorneys:
AAI will submit credit hours on your behalf.
All Other U.S. Attorneys:
AAI will provide you with a certificate of attendance. Please submit the Uniform Certificate of Attendance to your state’s MCLE Board. Do not return the form to the AAI.
Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition of “CLE” as well as “Ethics.” Therefore, certain sessions may not receive CLE credit in some states. Please direct any CLE-related questions to your state’s MCLE Board.
Financial Hardship Policy
Waiver of Registration Fees:
It is AAI’s goal that no attorney be refused participation in its CLE programs due to an inability to pay the registration fee. Registrants who demonstrate a need may qualify for a financial hardship discount or fee waiver.
Financial Hardship:
AAI may waive or reduce its conference registration fee for attendees who demonstrate financial hardship and who qualify for such discounts, based on inability to pay.
Application Process:
Attendees who feel they may be eligible for a financial hardship discount or fee waiver should send a letter by email explaining and documenting the basis for their request. Requests shall be made in writing and sent to aai@antitrustinstitute.org at least two (2) weeks before the date on which the conference is to be held. Applications received less than two (2) weeks before the program may be denied.
Contact:
Please contact aai@antitrustinstitute.org for answers to any questions. All applications will be reviewed and decided in a timely manner.
