In a paper being prepared for a publication  that will provide comparative information on how various regimes deal with cartels, we describe civil and criminal investigations, with three case studies: The Amino Acid Lysine Antitrust Litigation, The Vitamins Antitrust Litigation, and The NASDAQ Market-Makers Antitrust Litigation.
