The American Antitrust Institute is an accredited provider of CLE credit hours by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board. Please be aware that we are unable to process requests for CLE credit that are submitted after the AAI deadline.

Pennsylvania Attorneys:

AAI will submit credit hours on your behalf.

All Other U.S. Attorneys:

AAI will provide you with a certificate of attendance. Please submit the Uniform Certificate of Attendance to your state’s MCLE Board. Do not return the form to the AAI.

Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition of “CLE” as well as “Ethics.” Therefore, certain sessions may not receive CLE credit in some states. Please direct any CLE-related questions to your state’s MCLE Board.
