N.Y. Antitrust Chief Jay L. Himes Addresses AAI Colloquium on Issues Confronting States and Plaintiffs Class Action Bar

To facilitate a colloquy between antitrust class action attorneys and the states, the AAI convened a meeting at the New York office of Milberg, Weiss on November 5, 2003. Jay Himes, Chief of the Antitrust Bureau in the Office of the Attorney General for New York, presented the following observations as a basis for the discussion.
