Nick Nguyen and Sheridan Phelan have joined AAI as Summer 2024 Interns. Both are recipients of the ABA Antitrust Division’s 2024 Law Student Diversity Stipend.
“We are excited to welcome Nick and Sheridan as our summer interns. As an organization committed to promoting competition and enhancing diversity in the antitrust community, we are delighted to have them with us,” said AAI President Randy Stutz. “Their work will support AAI’s critical mission in advocating for robust antitrust enforcement and sound competition policy.”
Nick Nguyen is a rising 3L at Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He has a B.S. in Mathematics from Miami University of Ohio. Nick has interned at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the Arizona Supreme Court, gaining valuable experience in legal research and writing.
Sheridan Phelan also is a rising 3L at Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Sheridan has experience working both in the Maricopa Superior Courts and with a private law firm. She is eager to help encourage competition in the American marketplace through enforcement and policy.
