Medical Waste Disposal Industry: AAI Report to Antitrust Enforcement Officials

A redacted version of the AAI report by Jonathan Rubin and Peter Anderson has been released to the public. A confidential version of this first “tool kit for enforcers” report was previously distributed through the NAAG, and to DoJ and FTC. The report was funded by a grant from the State of Utah following settlement of an antitrust case involving the medical waste disposal industry.
