On May 14, AAI Advisory Board member Joshua P. Davis spoke with USA Today about the implications of the Supreme Court’s ruling in Apple v. Pepper. Davis explained that consumers can pursue the antitrust lawsuit that claims Apple has unfairly monopolized the market for the sale of iPhone apps.
