Eichenseer v. Tavern League (Implied immunity under state law)

In an amicus brief  drafted by Advisory Board member Peter Carstensen (a professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School), the AAI says that an agreement among local bars in a university community not to discount drinks on certain nights lacked formal approval and governmental oversight to qualify for antitrust immunity. The case is Eichenseer v. Madison-Dane County Tavern League.
