In an amicus brief to the Ninth Circuit, the AAI, joined by Consumers Union and the Consumer Federation of America, presents a standard for multiproduct bundling. The case is Cascade Health Solutions v. Peacehealth and the brief was drafted by Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi LLP and David Balto.
