Broadcom v. Qualcomm (Deceptive conduct in standard setting as violation of Section 2)

Supporting neither party, the AAI has sought leave to file an amicus brief in the Third Circuit appeal of dismissal in this standard-setting case concerning a promise of FRAND pricing that was allegedly broken. The Consumer Federation of America joined our brief submitted by David Balto and Eric Cramer.
