Through pro bono attorney Paul Slater (Sperling and Slater), the AAI has submitted an amicus brief in  the Second Circuit, where a panel had denied relief but urged an in banc rehearing. AAI focused on the exceptional importance of attempted market entry into prescription drug markets.
