AAI Opposes Restrictions on Foreign Reach of Sherman Act (Minn-Chem v. Agrium)

AAI filed a brief urging the Seventh Circuit to rehear an appeal in which a panel of the court added novel and unjustified conditions to the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvement Act, which were applied to bar a price fixing suit by American businesses and consumers against an alleged cartel of foreign potash producers.
