The American Antitrust Institute will present Albert A. “Bert” Foer with the 2020 Alfred E. Kahn Award for Antitrust Achievement. The award presentation will take place on Wednesday, October 28 at 1:30 pm ET. There is no charge to attend this event. However, Bert Foer requests that attendees make a contribution to AAI to support the organization’s vital work. Contributions can be made online here.
The one-hour program will be introduced by AAI President Diana Moss, and feature Bert Foer’s acceptance remarks and a presentation by Professor Eleanor Fox. Concurrences CEO Nicolas Charbit, AAI Director Greg Gundlach, and AAI Board Chairman, Pamela Gilbert, will also make appearances.
The award, first presented in 2000, honors outstanding contributions to the field of antitrust. Read more here.
