Pamela Gilbert is the Chair of the American Antitrust Institute’s Board of Directors. She is a partner at Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca LLP in Washington, D.C. Gilbert is the former Executive Director of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). She has more than 20 years of experience in consumer advocacy. Gilbert also sits on the board of Equal Justice Works and OMB Watch. She headed up the transition team for the CPSC for President Obama. Gilbert joined the Cuneo Law Group in 2002 and became a named partner in 2003.
