Today, the American Antitrust Institute announced Randy Stutz has been named Vice President of Legal Advocacy. Stutz was previously AAI’s Associate General Counsel. AAI’s President, Diana Moss, noted “Randy is an integral and valuable part of the AAI team. We are delighted that he will be spearheading AAI’s legal advocacy program and enhancing our important research, education, and advocacy capabilities.”
Mr. Stutz joined AAI in 2009 after practicing antitrust law in the Washington, D.C. office of Skadden Arps, where he consulted on merger and cartel investigations and multi-district class actions. He has authored or consulted on numerous briefs filed in the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal circuit courts and has published an array of journal articles and commentaries. As VP of Legal Advocacy, Stutz will oversee AAI’s amicus program, judicial education, and other legal advocacy initiatives.
AAI is currently seeking a Vice President of Policy to develop, implement, and integrate AAI’s policy agenda across research, education, and advocacy programs.
