AAI and Consumer Groups Support FTC’s Case to Block Whole Foods-Wild Oats Merger (FTC v. Whole Foods, Inc.)

The AAI, Consumers Federation, and Organization for Competitive Markets joined in an amicus brief to the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia, which is hearing the Whole Foods-Wild Oats merger. The brief, by David Balto, supports the FTC in its opposition to the merger.
