AAI Working Group Calls on AMC to Withdraw Recommendation on Indirect Purchaser Class Actions

In a public comment to the Antitrust Modernization Commission, the AAI Working Group on Civil Remedies criticized recent amendments to the recommendations the AMC is preparing to present to Congress, saying that the AMC plan would “gut the private enforcement of the antitrust laws and give a windfall to price-fixers and illegal monopolists.”
