In a letter to U.S. Senator Max Baucus and Representative Dave Camp, the AAI today expressed concern over proposed House legislation that would restrict the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) ability to design incentive auctions for spectrum. The AAI supports giving the FCC the flexibility to design and manage incentive auctions to promote competitive and efficient outcomes in repurposing existing spectrum.
