AAI Files Tunney Act Comments in Comcast/NBCU

Today the AAI filed Tunney Act comments in the matter of Comcast/NBCU. In its comments, the AAI explains that for a variety of reasons, the Proposed Final Judgment does not adequately address the competitive harms clearly described in the Department of Justice (DOJ) Complaint and should therefore be rejected by the Court.
