The American Antitrust Institute filed Reply Comments with the FCC in response to certain unfounded claims made by AT&T. In particular, the Reply Comments point out that the opposition to the merger by Sprint and the small regional competitors — but not Verizon — is fully consistent with a likelihood of unilateral, coordinated, and exclusionary anticompetitive effects.
The reply comments are available here.
AAI’s original comments filed on May 31 are available here.
