On December 15, AAI submitted comments in response to the Federal Trade Commission’s request for public comments for Hearing #3 on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century. The FTC sought feedback on 15 questions pertaining to multi-sided platforms, antitrust in labor markets, and acquisitions of nascent and potential competitors in digital technology markets.
