Join our virtual panel discussion, Preparing for (and Protecting Against) a Successful Appeal in the Trial Court. We will discuss how to present your case and make arguments so that you are positioned well for appeal, and so the opposing party is not. Some of the issues are practical, such as the formalities of preserving objections. Others are strategic, such as how to obtain favorable rulings from the trial court judge and favorable findings from the jury without risking reversal on appeal. This program is organized by the AAI Appellate Project.
