On October 29, 2024, AAI announced that William V. Reiss has joined the AAI Advisory Board. Mr. Reiss is a partner at Robins Kaplan with two decades of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high profile antitrust litigation.

products, financial services, and a variety of other industries.” AAI’s volunteer Advisory Board consists of outstanding experts in the fields of antitrust law, economics, and business in the United States and abroad.
Mr. Reiss focuses his practice on complex antitrust litigation and class actions, while also providing extensive antitrust counseling work in the generic pharmaceutical industry. He has been appointed co-lead counsel in several major antitrust class actions, including In re Hard Disk Drive Suspension Assemblies Antitrust Litigation, In re Keurig Green Mountain Single-Serve Coffee Antitrust Litigation, and In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, in which he has been instrumental in achieving the largest indirect purchaser recovery in U.S. history. His work has been recognized by The Legal 500, Chambers USA, and the National Law Journal, and he is a 2019 recipient of AAI’s Award for Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Private Law Practice.
