AAI Talks on Airlines and Healthcare Competition

AAI President Diana Moss spoke recently at two separate events on airline and healthcare competition. The American Bar Association 2016 Annual Meeting of the Forum on Air & Space Law in Atlanta featured a panel “Prepare for Take-off: Competition and Consolidation.” Dr. Moss discussed current competition issues and priorities with industry experts and representatives of major U.S. airlines. The AAI was also featured on a panel on health insurance mergers at the annual meeting of the Colorado Medical Society in Keystone, Colorado. Moss analyzed the government’s challenges to the Anthem-Cigna and Aetna-Humana mergers and broader consolidation in healthcare for a variety of medical professionals and other industry participants.
