The American Antitrust Institute announced in April that it has moved its live Annual Conference, scheduled for June 17, 2020 in Washington D.C., to its new podcast platform “Ruled by Reason.”
“The extended effects of stay-at-home orders, travel restrictions, and our concern for public health and safety support our decision to migrate our annual conference to an easily accessible platform,” said AAI President Diana Moss.
The three-part podcast will discuss the falloff in federal Antitrust Enforcement in the face of declining competition, responses from state and private enforcers, and legislative antitrust reform developments. The podcast series follows AAI’s recently released report, “The State of Antitrust Enforcement and Competition Policy in the U.S.” The podcasts will feature experts and leaders from all segments of the antitrust community — enforcement, legislators, advocacy, and academia.
