21st Annual Policy Conference: Where Do We Go from Here? Priorities for Moving Antitrust Forward

The American Antitrust Institute hosted its 21st Annual Policy Conference as a three-part podcast series that covered the falloff in federal Antitrust Enforcement in the face of declining competition, responses from state and private enforcers, and legislative antitrust reform developments.

The conference followed AAI’s recently released report, “The State of Antitrust Enforcement and Competition Policy in the U.S.” The podcasts will feature experts and leaders from all segments of the antitrust community — enforcement, legislators, advocacy, and academia. The conference panels addressed cutting edge issues that frame the larger conversation around flagging enforcement and responses to it, including the rise of state activism, new opportunities for private enforcement, and legislative antitrust reform.

This conference appeals to a wide cross section of the antitrust community — federal and private enforcers, legislators and policymakers, public interest advocates, and competition regulators.
