In re DDAVP Direct Purchaser Antitrust Litigation (Supporting Consumer Standing)

The American Antitrust Institute, AARP, Consumer Federation of America, Consumers Union, and Families USA argue to the Second Circuit that consumers should have standing to assert monopolization claims in a Walker Process (fraud on the Patent Office) case. Douglas Richards, assisted by Richard Brunell, David Balto and others, wrote the brief for the AAI, onto which the other organizations signed.
