Hear the FTC Out, AAI Urges on Whole Foods Acquisition

In a White Paper that provides a detailed briefing on the pending acquisition of Wild Oats by Whole Foods, the AAI’s Diana Moss says there is enough smoke to warrant the FTC’s investigation. The FTC has earned its day in court, which is scheduled for July  31.
