AAI Working Paper No. 10-03: Indirect Purchase Settlement Data Base Updated

Patrick Cafferty (Cafferty Faucher LLP), assisted by Bernard Persky (Labaton Sucharow LLP) and Daniel Gustafson (Gustafson and Gluek PLLC), has updated an earlier AAI Working Paper, providing a comprehensive data base on the settlements of Indirect Purchaser Class Action Cases. The data shows an aggregate value of $4.4 billion since the mid-1990s, roughly half in cash to class members  and half in product (e.g., infant formula and prescription drug cases) or vouchers (Microsoft).
