Laura Alexander is an assistant professor of law at the Michael E. Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. She teaches and writes about antitrust law, contracts, and civil procedure.
Prior to joining the faculty at Ohio State, Laura was a deputy director of the Bureau of Competition at the United States Federal Trade Commission. She also has deep ties to AAI, having served as its vice president of policy before joining the FTC. Laura was formerly a partner at Cohen, Milstein, Sellers & Toll and an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center. After law school, Laura clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for Judge M. Margaret McKeown.
