David O. Fisher is an experienced antitrust lawyer and policymaker. Prior to joining AAI, Mr. Fisher was a plaintiff’s antitrust litigator and, more recently, an advisor to the Federal Trade Commission. He has particular experience in the financial, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors and in labor market policy.
After graduating law school, Mr. Fisher served as a federal law clerk in the Southern District of Texas and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and as a Staff Attorney at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also worked as an Associate in the Antitrust Practice Group at Cohen Milstein, where he represented corporations, pension funds, and governments in private enforcement litigation.
