  • Overview

Diana Moss and Randy Stutz participated in the panel “Exemptions and Immunities” at U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division’s Public Roundtable Discussion Series on Regulation & Antitrust Law. The roundtable examined exemptions and immunities from the antitrust laws, and their impact on the free market and consumers.  It also included a discussion of the appropriate role of the state action doctrine in light of the broader federal policy favoring competition in interstate commerce.
