On October 15, 2020, AAI President Diana Moss spoke on a panel hosted by the ABA Antitrust Section Economics Committee. The panel took up the issue of Acquisitions of Potential Competitors: The U.S. Approach and Calls for Reform. The ABA website describes the panel:
