  • Overview

AAI Vice President of Policy Laura Alexander is speaking on the American Bar Association (ABA) panel “All or Nothing? The Resolution of the Sutter Health Case” on February 20 as part of an ABA teleconference.

The panel brings together practitioners involved in both sides of the Sutter Health case to discuss the case and its resolution, focusing particularly on questions of market definition, the viability of “all or nothing” contracting in healthcare, and the structure of the settlement that ultimately resolved the case. It will also have the perspective of the American Hospital Association.

Alexander is joined by:

  • Mindy Hatton, American Hospital Association
  • Douglas Ross, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP
  • Rachel Rasp, Baker Botts LLP
  • Emilio Varanini, Office of the California Attorney General
