AAI’s Stutz Discusses Antitrust and Noncompetes with the D.C. Bar

AAI Vice President of Legal Advocacy Randy Stutz will speak to the Antitrust Law Committee of the D.C. Bar in a June 11 program called Employee Non-Compete Clauses — The Good, the Bad and the Law. Stutz and two other panelists discussed current cases and legislative and regulatory developments involving anticompetitive non-compete agreements that hamper competition in labor markets.
