AAI’s Kathleen Bradish, Vice President and Director of Legal Advocacy, spoke on the panel, “Airline Mergers: Flying High or Flying Blind?” at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2024 Antitrust Spring Meeting. The panel examined the turbulence some airline deals have experienced in the past year. From the panel description:
Airline deals have experienced some turbulence in the past year. What are the implications for the airline industry and, more broadly, the transportation industry? What do these cases mean for merger enforcement and competitor collaborations?
