AAI President Diana Moss will attend the 2019 International Competition Network (ICN) Annual Conference in Cartagena, Colombia this week. The conference is hosted by Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. AAI is honored to be a longstanding non-government advisor (NGA), invited to participate by the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. The annual ICN conferences focus on issues related to cartels, mergers, unilateral conduct, advocacy, and agency effectiveness. The 2019 conference will discuss, in particular, strategies related to the digital economy, innovation, market definition, and the role of competition policy.
compThe 2019 ICN Annual Conference is the 18th annual conference hosted under ICN auspices, and is a continuation of the series of agency-led conferences that began in 1999.
