AAI’s Diana Moss joined the USC Marshall School of Business webinar, Competition and Video Games – the Microsoft/Activision Blizzard Merger, to discuss the competitive concerns around the deal. From the panel description:

Platform competition is under new scrutiny and video games are no exception. The creative, production and distribution models of video games now depend on platforms. The proposed acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft brings many digital platform strategy issues and their antitrust implications to the forefront. This panel will analyze the most salient issues surrounding the merger.
