AAI Joins Panel at the 2022 3rd Asian-Pacific Competition Community International Symposium

AAI’s Diana Moss will join a panel of experts at the 2022 3rd Asian-Pacific Competition Community International Symposium at the Seoul National University, School of Law on December 16th 2022 (Seoul time). The program, “Competition Law and Policy at Crossroads” will feature several panels. Moss will appear on the opening panel “Session 1: Competition Law and Policy in Platform Economy: Has it gone too far?” She will discuss AAI research and advocacy on digital technology and how it guides the debate over competition law and policy in the digital sector. This includes antitrust versus regulatory approaches, the implications of the “growth by acquisition” model of digital business ecosystems, and unique theories of self-preferencing. The panel is composed of:
