AAI’s Diana Moss will join a panel of experts to unpack airline antitrust issues at the American Bar Association’s Forum on Air & Space Law 2022 Annual Meeting in Montreal. The panel: “Airline and Antitrust Law Developments,” is the kick-off panel for the 2022 forum. The ABA program describes the panel as: “Antitrust is a hot topic again, especially in the airline industry. The government’s case against the Northeast Alliance is going to trial, raising questions about how to view the competitive effects of alliances; proposed mergers may be touching off another wave of consolidation; and the Biden Administration has called out airlines in its Executive Order on Promoting Competition in the American Economy. Our panelists will talk about what this all means.
