The American Antitrust Institute held its 11th annual conference June 24th at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. This year, the conference was titled “Public and Private: Are the Boundaries in Transition?” and focused on the interplay between antitrust, regulation, exemptions, and immunities.
The Oregon Law Review Volume 89, Number 3, 2011 published a symposium issue of the conference.
