As Jonathan Kanter assumes the role of the DOJ’s new antitrust chief, the ABA is convening a discussion to address topics of recent—and enduring—interest in private and public enforcement circles, including as the result of recent Supreme Court activity.

AAI Vice President of Legal Advocacy Randy Stutz joins the panel “Emerging Public and Private Enforcement Issues” for a discussion about the status of the consumer welfare standard; vertical restraints; merger challenges; and implied immunities.
