  • Overview
AAI’s Diana Moss participated in the October 27, 2020 virtual conference: The Future of Antitrust: Comments on the HJC Report. Moss spoke on the panel Digital Platforms: In Need of Regulation?

How should Digital Platforms be regulated? This question lies at the heart of the matter for many issues in antitrust and competition today. The question of what (if anything) should be done to control and regulate Digital Platforms stands as one of the pressing issues that will likely define the evolution of the world economy for years to come. Our panel explored this question, touching on both existing regulations and the latest academic research and scholarly discussions on the subject.

  • David J. Teece – Professor in Global Business | Faculty Director, Tusher Center for The Management of Intellectual Capital, Berkeley Haas
  • Davis S. Evans – Chairman, Global Economics Group, Boston; Co-Executive Director, Jevons Institute for Competition Law & Economics
