Diana Moss participated in the panel “The DOJ’s Challenge of the AT&T/Time Warner Merger” at ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s teleconference on the Justice Department’s lawsuit seeking to block AT&T’s acquisition of Time Warner. The panel discussed the background on the lawsuit, potential theories of competitive harm and counter-arguments, and how the case fits in the history of DOJ vertical merger enforcement.
