Professor Elizabeth Winston is an Associate Professor of Law Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C., where she teaches Contracts, Patent Law and Trademarks and Unfair Competition.
A frequent speaker on a variety of intellectual property topics, Professor Winston has spoken at the Federal Circuit Judicial Conference, the Intellectual Property Owners Association’s Annual Meeting, and the Joint Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission and United States Patent and Trademark Office Seminar Series. She has addressed audiences at the University of Akron, American University, DePaul University, George Washington University, University of Maryland University College, Michigan State University, Texas Wesleyan University, Tulane University, the University of Wisconsin and Washington University in St. Louis.
Professor Winston earned her J.D. at the University of Virginia School of Law, and an S.B. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
