AAI White Paper on AT&T/T-Mobile merger

AAI urges new acting assistant attorney general to make the AT&T/T-Mobile merger her highest priority in a letter sent today accompanying a white paper analyzing the proposed transaction. The white paper, which finds that the merger likely violates Section 7 of the Clayton Act, updates AAI's previous comments filed with the Federal Communications Commission.
