Houck Comments on the State of State Antitrust Enforcement

Stephen D. Houck’s report on the “State of State Antitrust Enforcement” will be presented at the National State Attorneys General Program of Columbia Law School on October 7. Click here for event information. 

The report has two objectives.  The first is to assess the state of recent state antitrust enforcement, including the important relationship between state and federal antitrust enforcement agencies. The second is to consider, in light of that assessment, how state antitrust enforcement might be improved at a unique moment in history – the transition to a new federal administration in Washington, DC.  Read the full report here.
