AAI Comments on T3 Technologies' European Abuse of Dominance Complaint Against IBM

The AAI urged the European Commission to give serious consideration to a complaint by a mainframe manufacturer against IBM, charging illegal tying of hardware to software and suggested it would be appropriate for the Obama administration to investigate the same allegations.
