An Average of 50 International Cartels Discovered Each Year: Annual Conference Breakout Session Summary Now Available8/17/2009
Rates of discovery of international cartels are much higher now than in the past. The latest statistic indicates that there are on average 50 international cartels discovered per year. This fact was discussed during the June 18 breakout session on International Cartels moderated by Gary Spratling of Partner, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
